Productions Québec Multimédia was established on April 25, 1991. At that time the firm was specialized in the audio-video production.

In 1996 PQM.net installed its first internet server in order to host its own website and eventually to offer the service of website design to companies in the region. This avant-garde business was already toying with the idea to have various events broadcast live on the net in audio and video.


In May 1998, PQM.net produced its first live broadcast on the Internet. Recognized for its live broadcasting on the Net on the regional, provincial as well as national level the firm broadcast many events and some of them were a first : World Kayaking Championship, shows by bands like Okoumé and Frères à Cheval, activities and games of the Oceanic regional hockey team, concerts by the Estuary Symphony Orchestra, various telethons, Player's Canada and the Race against the Clock 2000, speeches by ministers of various departments, etc.

During all those successful years Productions Québec Multimédia was able to evolve thanks to its business culture centred on innovation and resourcefulness which are two essential qualities in order to make it in information technology.
